All pricing, quotations and proposals are provisional and subject to site conditions, design changes, material availability, measurement, management approval, and variation works.
Any timeline stated, including renovation or delivery timelines, are estimates only and may be affected by site conditions, client changes, building management approvals, authority approvals, material delays, payment delays or unforeseen circumstances. The Company shall not be liable for any delays.
The property must be vacant during renovation works. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to items not within our scope of works. The property owner is responsible to check and rectify any existing property defects before our work begins.
Pre-made or template designs shown are for reference only. The Company reserves the right to determine the final design, layout, materials, colours, furniture, fixtures and fittings based on the property layout and availability of materials. Similar or equivalent items may be used where necessary.
Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in delays, suspension of works, or revision of project timeline at the Company's discretion.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect losses, rental losses, loss of income, delays caused by third parties, building management, authorities or circumstances beyond the Company's control. The Company's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid to the Company.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
