Refund / Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit

All booking fees and deposits are strictly non-refundable once the deposit is paid or design work has commenced or project slots have been reserved, or materials have been ordered.

Cancellation by Client

If the Client cancels the project for any reason:

• All deposits and payments made shall be forfeited
• The Client shall pay for all work completed, materials purchased, and costs incurred up to the cancellation date
• Administrative, cancellation, and recovery costs may apply

Outstanding Balance Upon Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to claim any outstanding balance, costs incurred, and losses arising from the cancellation.

No Refund After Work Commencement

Payments made for completed work, delivered items, or ordered materials are strictly non-refundable.
