- 3 Bedrooms (RM 50,000) - 3BR Condo / Landed, 900–1,200 sqft. Everything in 2BR package plus third bedroom setup, premium flooring upgrade, full wiring & lighting plan, 3x wardrobe, study nook, premium furnishing package, curtains & blinds throughout.
